Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
